Call Center Executive – Tamil
Answer inbound customer calls in Tamil and keep records accurate, from our Nugegoda office.
You will take inbound calls from Tamil-speaking customers, answer their questions and log what happened accurately so the next person picking up the account knows where things stand.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in Tamil
- The ability to communicate in English is an added advantage
- One year of experience
