Customer Relations Executive – Hindi
Handle customer conversations in Hindi for one of our client accounts, from our Nugegoda office.
You will be the voice of a client’s brand for their Hindi-speaking customers: answering questions, resolving problems and making sure every conversation ends better than it started.
We will brief you fully on the account before you take your first call, and you will have a team leader close by while you learn it.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in Hindi
- The ability to communicate in English or Tamil is an added advantage
- One year of experience
